For a gym, FitWall Vaughan’s studio floor is surprisingly devoid of fitness equipment. Its primary piece of training equipment, which is flush with the wall rather than on the floor taking up space, is a ladder-like structure called the FitWall, which uses the human body as a weight, pitting users’ muscles against the force of gravity. With add-on resistance bands, shelves, and grips, the simple device manages to pack a full-body workout into a single 30-minute session.
