Jerome is a personal-training specialist with certificates in kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, and TRX training. He helps clients get into shape with functional training techniques, which use compound movements and equipment that mirrors real-life situations. His sessions include one-on-one personal training, two-on-one training, and group camp classes.
