JJ is a great coach and trainer! The gym has a very comfortable atmosphere and the clientele are very nice and friendly. It's fun to workout there and the workouts are hard!!! I am building muscles I forgot I have! I wanted to give up early during class, or cut a portion of the class in half, but JJ encouraged me to finish and it felt so good when I was done!
