Yoga classes are designed for beginner to intermediate levels and can be modified for most people through the use of props while Zumba classes are lower impact with simpler dance steps. Instructors help students by providing modifications to accommodate physical ability, keeping classes challenging in a motivational setting and the owner offers a free consultation if you require help in deciding which classes are best for you.
