I am enrolled in the current session of the Women's Fitness. Would it be safe to assume if I wanted to purchase this deal that progressing into the bootcamp in the next session would be a logical step as opposed to repeating the Women's class?

Progression from Women's Fitness to a Bootcamp varies by individual ability and goals. A number of women are comfortable repeating our Fitness Challenge numerous times, while others move on to the Bootcamp or CrossFit. The Women's Fitness Challenge is designed to move someone onto the Bootcamp at its core.
