Promotional value expires 90 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Limit 1 per person. May buy 2 additional as gifts. Reservation required, subject to availability. Valid for new Clients only, or anyone that has not been to the business in the past 12 months. Students must activate by expiration date on their voucher. For the 10-visit pass, students must use all 10 visits within 3 weeks of their first class. For the 15-visit pass, students must use all 15 visits within 4 weeks of their first class. During 60 minute sessions, high-intensity CrossFit classes are led by a certified trainer that pushes each student to reach their full potential. They combine teamwork with efficiency as they use cardio and weightlifting to improve endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, and more.<p>

Fitness Battalion CrossFit

The certified instructors of Fitness Battalion move CrossFit out of the box and into the urban wild. Their boot-camp classes meet at four parks throughout the city, making use of hills, benches, and playground equipment to support the same exercise moves you might see in a CrossFit gym. Students heft their own bodyweight and run up hills during routines that change constantly, yet remain scalable to any experience level.

They also have a traditional CrossFit gym of their own (called a "box" in CrossFit parlance), where students take on the workout of the day ("WOD") under their coach's supervision. On Ramp courses teach beginners the fundamental movements of the style—such as squats, deadlifts, and presses—and regular group sessions emphasize motivation through camaraderie. To supplement these programs, trainers host private workout sessions, yoga classes, and a running club.

Great workout! They make sure you are doing the exercise with proper form and if you have injuries there are some modified exercise you are able to do. They are motivating and encouraging, great staff!!
