I've only had one session, but I love Oga already. He talks details about your fitness goals, so he can design circuits to target what you want to achieve. He also sends a health packet w/ tips on what to eat and why and keeps track of your progress and diet plan. I can tell he cares beyond just working out, which is important when you're trusting someone to guide you thru it. Glad I found him!
