Fitness Driven Results
Adam Mindick, the founder of Fitness Driven Results, isn't a drill sergeant. Instead, during his outdoor fitness classes, he relies on open feedback and encourages teamwork and camaraderie to help his exercisers achieve their fitness goals. Groups meet at Santa Fe field, and on any given day, they may be asked to lift kegs, slam sledgehammers against tires, or engage in body-weight exercise. But some people work best in a one-on-one setting, and Adam also provides personal-training and is a licensed massage therapist. Class are ideal for the people above 18 years and all fitness levels.
