About Fitness Hot Yoga
Fitness Hot Yoga engages students through the movement of the 26 poses and two breathing exercises of the Bikram method. Created in the 1970s by Yogi Bikram Choudhury, this flow of poses was derived from the traditional hatha yoga techniques and was designed to help increase flexibility, strength, and breathing.
