After five sessions, you’ll begin to build up core strength, endurance, and confidence, and learn the basics of bench-pressing park benches. Classes run Monday through Friday every hour from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The sprawling Fitness Loft—teems with activity, from professional circus aerialist tumbling on free-flowing silks affixed to the towering ceiling during aerial-silk classes.
