Personalized Fitness Training Plan (Four Weeks)
4 week custom nutrition program with all you meals, recipes and shopping lists laid out for you. Lose weight and get a healthy macronutrient and micronutrient balanced diet. This plan also includes 4 weeks of unlimited classes at our fitness studio OR a personalized 4 week fitness plan designed just for you to do at home. This 4 week REBOOT program includes a initial consultation with a trained coach and Personal trainer and will set your starting point with measurements, Body fat, weight and current goals. Our fitness studio is located in Farmingdale Village.
Classes run from 5:30am to 7pm and we offer classes 7 days a week.
