Fitness Rehab

Fitness Rehab is on a mission to change, or “rehabilitate,” they way people think about working out. So instead of facilitating hours of monotonous workouts on treadmills or in hamster wheels, trainers help clients build healthy bodies with one-on-one guidance and supportive group classes that emphasize a “mind-over-matter” approach to fitness. That focus on mentality permeates all of Fitness Rehab’s programs, such as obstacle courses that require a premeditated, strategized approach, and freezing ice baths that require more than just a little bit of courage and confidence. Cardio and strength-training techniques are used in equal measure during regimens that have students charge a greased quarter-pipe, traverse a mud-covered monkey-bar set, or crawl through mud-coated tubes and trenches. They also work to build a community of positive and supportive exercise teammates who can motivate their fellow exercisers to achieve their goals. Clients can also target and isolate specific muscles with machines such as leg presses or glute developers, or practice their kettlebell and jumprope skills in groups during CrossFit Anonymous sessions.
