The kids’ Athletic Revolution sessions draw upon gameplay to help sprites develop coordination and learn about movement. Varied themes guide the training classes designed for different age groups: kids ages 3–5 take the preparatory class, those 6–9 delve into a class focused on discovery, 10–13-year-olds explore the exploration theme, and the 14–18 class is centered on the idea of transformation.
The Fitness Revolution sessions for adults are modified for every individual and cover the fitness tenants of stability, mobility, strength, agility, and coordination. The one-hour morning classes start at 5:30 a.m. and at 6:30 a.m., Monday–Friday. The 45-minute evening classes start at 5 p.m. and at 5:45 p.m., Tuesday–Friday.
Although Athletic Revolution offers a 2-week trial membership for kids’ training classes, this Groupon still offers the best deal available.

About Fitness Revolution and Athletic Revolution
Nick Berry and Pat Rigsby founded Fitness Revolution and Athletic Revolution with a strong sentiment in mind: “The fitness industry has failed us.” Disillusioned with the impersonal trainers, unrealistic promises, and intimidatingly buff treadmills they saw as symptomatic of big-box gyms, the duo set out to create a fitness haven focused on individuals. At their centers, trainers work with clients one-on-one in small groups to customize workouts to each one’s highly personalized goals. Eight or 16 students at a time—adults or kids— take part in these small-group personal-training sessions, which serve to combine personal attention with a supportive atmosphere.
