What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
You will note from the moment you begin your workout that I am not in the quick-fix business. It takes time to change from the inside out. We will work on your self-image, eating habits, and physical habits or lack thereof.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Motivation comes from real examples. We workout together. I am not one of those coaches that stands over you telling you what to do. I workout with you. If they see me doing the exercises, then they know I am in it with them.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I can not remember a time in my life that I did not do some form of exercise. As I got older, I found myself putting on those extra pounds after marriage. Therefore, I started a free workout group to help others achieve their goals and they encouraged me to start my own business. So, here I am.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people transform. I love it when they understand why—it is important to be healthy. When you don’t feel good, you lack the motivation to do anything. When a client shares with me the slightest change in their body, that makes me happy.
