At Fitness411, you can take a tip from the X-Men's Danger Room and reap the benefits of group training. Working out with others motivates you to push yourself harder, helps you stick to a regimen, and gives you the opportunity to bond with new friends over tales of general sweatiness. The friendly and motivational trainers at Fitness411 maintain a 10-to-1 student/trainer ratio, so you'll never fade into a sea of incorrect crunches and poorly performed pushups. Your trainer will make sure to meet you at your level and give you the guidance you need to perform each exercise safely and effectively. You'll do circuits and intervals, strength training, cardio, and moves to improve your flexibility and balance. Unlike going through the same set of machines at the gym, your boot-camp workout will change during each 45- to 60-minute class to keep your body from slipping into the ineffective blanket of numbing routine.
