Exercisers may participate in two bootcamp sessions per week, during which trainers encourage participants through a variety of exercises to a new level of fitness.
Five Point Fitness
Five Point Fitness is the domain of owner Angela Nixon and her training team. Each coach brings not only their own professional background to their post, but also a unique set of personal experiences with weight loss, too. Trainers help clients drop weight and lose inches during twice weekly workout sessions that use bands, steps, and light dumbbells. Sessions may also incorporate light weight exercises, squats, jumping jacks, and ab work, though each workout is different in order to keep the body guessing. The program utilizes weekly weigh-ins to maintain accountability and track progress.
