This is horrific to see that the Agency would mark my voucher as Redeemed even though I haven't done the tour.
I called the Agency twice and spoke to a very kind employee and I was told that they don't have any slots until November and this was 7-10 days before the expiry of voucher.
They took my number and was informed that they would call me if there are good amount of people for the trip to happen.
I never received a call and now it shows as REDEEMED. Very sad state.

The captain, Andrew, made the whole experience a fantastic moment. He answered our questions about all the marine life. 15 minutes after departure we could already spot some whales, a mom with her calf. It was a beautiful day, the boat was secure and comfortable. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience with people who care about nature, I highly recommend Five star whale watching!
