Although they did an adequate job on my car, I have had better. The place itself is dirty and sketchy and the staff did not come across as welcoming or appreciative of my business. I will not return. This is the sort of place I would NOT recommend to my friends and loved ones.

Horrible experience. The guy came late. Made an excuse of how my car is dirty so it would take longer time to clean when he didn’t even show up when I was there. Made me put my keys in a mailbox and told me to leave and come back in 2 to 3 hours which it took about 4 and half hours. Did not clean properly and something was dripping inside my car when I turn heater on.
Please don’t go. It’s a scam

I went in to get a 5 star detailing and one of the workers who were cleaning the exterior of my vehicle severely scratched the front window. When I addressed the matter, they gave me a false narrative instead of actual solutions. The service was very kind in the beginning but I would not ever recommend this place unless you wanna find unknown scratches dents or any other damage.

Length of service: Quick Interior & Exterior Package 1.5–2 hours, VIP & Five Star Package 3-5hrs
Merchant reserves the right to refuse service if job exceeds 3 hours due to extremely dirty vehicles. For best results, and to preserve vehicle’s paint condition, get vehicles detailed 2–3 times a year, including in spring in cold climates to remove salt buildup from winter.

Not valid for minivans. Additional $20 for crossover SUVs, $25 for large SUVs, and an additional $35 for 7-seater vehicles will be added to detailing services. Additional fee for cleaning of animal hair and heavy stains. Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle. Steam cleaning is available on other packages for an extra fee. Prices may vary for vehicle condition. Mat cleaning valid for up to 4 mats, additional fees apply for extra mats. Please remove valuables from vehicle prior to service.
