Very nice guy, very prompt and good communications. Unfortunately, his service and knowledge seemed to be subpar. He was unfamiliar with some basic parts of my rather ordinary furnace system and kept looking to me for information--you're the professional, how would I know? Worst, he forgot a key piece of equipment necessary for the cleaning, and rather than making arrangements to take care of that he tried to explain it to me so I could do it later myself--again, if I was capable of cleaning a furnace, I wouldn't have hired you... Nice guy, great price, but really seemed like more of a general handyman who had done some basic furnace maintenance sometimes rather than a professional furnace/HVAC technician. I won't be calling him again.
