Careless. Ripped my couch, broke a mirror and a panini grill. Lack of responsiveness in dealing with the damages.

Very interesting move. They scheduled the move for a specific window, date and time, and communicated they would call the evening prior to the move to confirm. This did not occur. I phoned early the morning of the scheduled move and was told I was not on their schedule. However, the company worked us in, stating the movers would be there in the next available window. Eleven hours later, and well into the evening's p.m., the movers showed up. The move consisted of 20 major household item and a modest load boxed and ready to load in the garage. I expressed great concerns for two specific items and was assured they would be handled with care. One of the items sustained considerable damage.

Their business strategy is unethical. They buy in at this low rate on Groupon and then charge $99 per hour. It shouldn't have taken 4 hours to move a one bedroom condo. Other movers in town charge $25-$40 less per hour to move.

The gentlemen that were sent were being loud and cursing at our new home. When asking them to lower their voices and watch their words being that there were children in our new neighborhood the Spanish guy was walking up stairs saying he would talk how he wanted and if i did not watch it they would be there all day with me. Then they locked their keys in the back of the truck and could not leave
