Our tour guide was great! Very infornative and accommodating. I like sparkling sweet wines and that wasn't what was included in the tastings but he made sure I got to sample some!

About Flat Rock Cellars
Ed Madronich, Sr., and Ed Madronich—the father-son duo behind Flat Rock Cellars—strive to both create great wine and a great experience for guests. Settled on a piece of the Niagara Escarpment known as the Twenty Mile Bench, Flat Rock Cellars' vineyards spans 80 acres comprised of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Riesling. The wines, which are processed through a 5-level gravity flow system, are served at Flat Rock Cellars' glass-encased tasting bar. Guests can enjoy their glass while taking in the stunning views of the Peninsula and across Lake Ontario to Toronto.
