At a very young age, I developed a passion for cooking and eating quality cuisines. I come from very diverse flavors; Indian, Caribbean, Latin. I simply love cooking and would be honored to bring my flavor-infused cuisines to your table.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking is very therapeutic to me. The fragrances of spices and herbs. The sizzling from the skillet, and the sight of a perfectly roasted chicken coming out from the oven. Cooking speaks to all of my senses. It's a joy and skill I'm so proud to know and have.
