When l called The guy was “busy” and very rude. When l called back he said he wasn’t honoring Groupons “get a refund”. But it showed up used before any refund. Zero stars

This is a shady provider. The merchant basically stole money. I tried to utilize my groupon and they said aggressively that they “no longer work with groupon” and that I had to call Groupon directly to get a refund. To add to the complexity, the merchant indicated on their end that the groupon was redeemed which is entirely inaccurate. I feel like I’ve been scammed!
