My stylist was wonderful. She is very professional and always exhibits what true customer service is. She has styled my hair several times and I was always extremely happy with the results. I have received many complement s on my Crochet Braids. She dries beautiful work and really cares a four her clients. I am a very happy client of Flawless Styles.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our salon is conveniently located on Woodlawn Rd., Exit 6A off I77. The ambiance is pleasant, professional and people friendly. We are staffed with diverse stylists and talented nail technicians on site that would love to genuinely welcome you in with open arms and open hearts.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I was inspired to start my business as a teenager. I would visit the salon to get my hair done and would always watch how stylists greet and converse with their clients. The client’s gracious and satisfied reaction toward her stylist’s services had me to wonder how I could be a part of this. As customer service is my number one priority. I strongly believe that business is not always about money. It’s about how diligent you are with your performance of the services you provide and building lasting repo ire with those you service.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is seeing the reaction of satisfied clients.When they tell me how much they love the services and rebook for another;that alone, tells me that they feel beautiful and I was able to be a blessing in their day. It just warms my heart.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction I received from a customer was in cosmetology school. One of my clients wanted me wash, condition, and style her daughter’s hair. She was so pleased with the services that she broadcasted her satisfaction by rebooking for every other Saturday of the month until I graduated. To this day I still service my little lady every other Saturday of the month.
