The catering menu includes a variety of options, including 10 Chicago-style hot dogs ($40 value), 15 sliders ($40), a full pan of hand-cut fries ($28), fruit salad ($28 for 1/2 tray), and Beard Papa's cream puffs ($11 for six).
The cooks at Fletch's start with the classic Chicago-style toppings—mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pickle, sport peppers, and celery salt—but that's only the foundation. From there, they can add a dollop of chili or some cheese on top of the all-beef Fletch dog with a natural casing and no bi-products, artificial colors, nitrates, or fillers. In addition to top-notch Fletch dogs, they stack up Italian beef on french rolls you can have dipped and topped with giardiniera. They top beef, turkey, chicken, or veggie sliders with your choice of condiments, and, upon request for catering orders, they make cream puffs and chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert. Fletch's menu includes meals for dine-in, delivery, or catering, and they are expanding their selection into specialty sausages such as chicken and sun-dried tomato, italian and polish sausage, and a spicy hotlink.

There's no one way to create the perfect hot dog, at least not at Fletch's. Sure, their cooks start with the basic Chicago-style toppings—mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pickle, sport peppers, and celery salt—but that's only the foundation. From there, they can add a dollop of chili, sprinkle on cheese, or twist the hot dog like a balloon animal. They top beef, turkey, chicken, or veggie burger patties with your choice of condiments, and, upon customer request, they make cream puffs for dessert. Fletch's menu includes meals for dine-in, delivery, or catering.
