Choose Between Two Options

Classes take place Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
The trainers at Flex Fitness could likely turn in any space into a training space. Whether a parking lot, a grassy clearing, or the basketball court on top of Mt. Rushmore, it can quickly be converted into a boot camp space. Ropes, tires, or just the student's body weight can be used in Flex Fitness's personal and group training sessions, which blend strength and cardio conditioning for an intense all-around workout.
