I've had 3 of 4 nutritionist sessions so far and it's been super helpful! I was already aware of basic healthy eating habits, but my coach (Kristen) has been able to recommend specific brand and product changes to improve my diet and increase my energy. She's also taught me some hacks that I'd never heard before, despite taking some nutrition classes in college (such as ordered eating). From what I've seen, Flexit is primarily for personal training, so I may give that a try too after having such a great experience with the nutritionist sessions. The sessions are all super flexible and convenient.
