Q:

must the crepe be gluten free? or will you have a class that is for traditional crepes?

No, The crepe batter does not have to be Gluten Free. When you sign up, you will have the option to let us know your dietary preference: Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian or traditional. During this class we will accommodate our students with their needs, and build the batter that fits their lifestyle. We'll provide the flour, ingredients & recipe in function of your needs.
