Q:

Yes, I understand that I may purchase 2. The reason I ask if I can purchases one as a gift is because I noticed we can only use 1 per visit. I will be taking my 4 kids AND my friend is joining us (she has 4 kids of her own). So, can I purchase one for my group and one for her group to be used at the exact same time?

A:

Each person is able to redeem their own Groupon.

There is a maximum of 2 Groupons per person, so you could buy one for yourself and one as a gift.

Q:

I have 3 kids. Can I only use 1 of the passes for 1 of the kids and then have to pay full price for the other two?

Bryan S.  asked on  May 15, 2013

A:

Sorry that's so confusing. We're having Groupon update their wording right now. You can use the Groupon for multiple people, it just needs to be used in one visit. So if you buy the $19 for 4 open jump passes, you'd need to have 4 people come in to redeem the entire pass at once. Hope that helps!

Q:

I'm not understanding. Passes must be used by the same person, but also used in 1 visit. So if I buy the $19 option of 4 open-jump play times, is it that we have 4 people jumping one time or one person jumping 4 different times? Also, does the jumper have to 18 or older, or just the purchaser?

Yeah, super confusing. Sorry about that, we're having Groupon update their wording right now. The passes can be used for anyone, but need all of them are to be redeemed in one visit. So if you buy the $19 option, you would need to bring 4 people down to jump. Hope that helps!

Passes must be used by the same person. Must use promotional value in 1 visit. I am a little confused---"must be 18 or older" --Is this just to make the reservation? What days/hours is this good for?

Gail W.  asked on  May 15, 2013

A:

Sorry that's so confusing. We're having groupon update that sentence right now. Anyone and everyone is welcome to use the groupon. Under 18 is required to have a parent or legal guardian in order to sign the waiver before jumping. The groupon can be redeemed during our regular business hours. Hope to see you soon!

Tracy E.  from  Merchant  replied on  May 15, 2013

Q:

1) Is it 18 and older to purchase? Or 18 or older to redeem? Or...2) Can kids under the age of 18 use the groupon?

Q:

I would like to find out what hours are available for the reservation being required for the open-jump times. We are looking at coming either on a late Wednesday afternoon or sometime on Thursday in July, can you please advise available times for four kids ages 15,12,11,7? Also, I am assuming the must be 18 applys to the purchaser? Thank you!

Donna W.  asked on  May 15, 2013

A:

Open jump is any time during our regular business hours! You can find the hours on the bottom of the page at our website, flipnoutfun.com. And the 18 years old requirement needs to be clarified for sure, it means under 18 is required to have their legal guardian in order to sign the waiver for jumping on the trampoline.
