My 79 year old mom went with me, and she suffers from arthritis pain. She is now a HUGE fan of Floating. It was therapeutic and beneficial in exfoliating to her skin. Lena was great. She helped me on both of my floats so far. She gave me all the info and tips I needed before my first float. She definitely helped me know what to expect and to a relax a little be before heading in. I prefer the Oasis tank over the rooms, but everyone is different. Both were great for recovery and relaxation.
