This is anything but a deal. The Flooring Zone owner came two hours late to give me a quote when I attempted to redeem the voucher, without even calling me to let me know he was running late. When he then emailed me the quote for the services for which I was going to use the Groupon, he clearly marked up the quote by the $500 value of the Groupon (based on the quotes I received from competitors for the same services), and refused to give me a breakdown for the price he quoted for the services performed. So you would not really be getting a deal, don't bother.
