When your salad bar has upwards of 100 choices, and your dinner menu spans everything from coconut shrimp to veal in marsala sauce, you need all kitchen hands on deck. Luckily, Florence Italian Grille has a devoted family backing it up. Regardless of school assignments or bad weather, each family member has reported for duty over the restaurant's many years in business. Working as cooks, servers, and scientists who can tell when water is boiling, they've helped to provide Italian classics such as seafood fettuccine and chicken piccata, as well as pizzas, spicy meatball casserole, and chicken wings.
They approach contemporary and traditional recipes with the same attention to detail—the Vitello “Veal” Florence, for example, features tender veal scallopine alongside prosciutto, roasted red pepper, spinach, and fresh mozzarella in a marsala demi glaze over pasta. Each dinner entree also includes access to the expansive soup, salad, and pasta bar.
