My recipient received someone else’s order. Bought roses for a friend just because- she received a mixed rose bouquet with a personalized condolence card attached. Was unable to contact the merchant. Also forgot my password to the site and a reset password was never sent to my email when I requested a new one

Horrible! Absolutely not recommended!
When I was trying to redeem it, it was saying it is redeem already. I’ve been trying to call them for a week, leaving voice messages. NOBODY EVER got back to me.
Very unprofessional and disorganized. I literally pressed that I redeemed it, just because I wanted to leave this review.
It’s not about the money, it’s about the time I spent. Disappointed.
