What does "chef's choice" mean? Do we get to select which sandwiches, desserts, etc. that we want or is it up to the chef? Does the 20% gratuity apply to a party of 2 or is that just for large groups? Are the quiches included in the $20 option (chef's choice) or do you have to pay for a "Hostesses' choice" tea event to get quiche? (Mentioned on the company's website)

Chef's choice means you will get three tea sandwiches, one scone and three tea desserts plus one beverage of your choosing- the Chef chooses what will be served each day for the teas. There is no hostess choice for the Groupon's nor for parties under 10. All teas have a 7% tax and 20% gratuity added on to the bill.
