What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Quality and timely IT support is difficult to find. We have always wanted to provide a service that improves people’s quality of life.
What do you love most about your job?
Technology can be expensive and people invest their valuable time and money into it. The best thing about this field is helping others to get the most out of their investment in technology.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Repeat business and referrals are the best form of feedback. It lets us know that they appreciate our work and trust our services for their loved ones.
