Experience history coming alive as the Thunderbird American Indian Dancers hit the stage at Flushing Town Hall. For over 50 years, the Thunderbird company has been preserving the traditional movements, clothing and instruments of the Iroquois, Northeast Woodlands and Southwest tribes and the Great Plains people, and bringing them to audiences across the country. Passed down from the founding members' relatives and tribal elders, these songs and dances are a rare opportunity to enjoy and learn about Native American cultures.
