Then students and instructors climb aboard the aircrafts and whiz through the skies. The student does most of the supervised flying, including the takeoff and landing.
The Ultimate WWII flying adventure puts patrons in the shoes of a WWII pilot, cruising the skies in an iconic Boeing Stearman PT-17. Guests will first learn about the plane's history and legendary tales of glory, and then take to the air for 25 minutes in the pilot's seat, donning a helmet, goggles, and white flying scarf.
The six-week training bundle takes flyers through a full Aviation 101 ground-school course.

Flying High LLC
Flying High LLC's impassioned, certified flight instructors instill the airborne arts in students by taking them to the skies in a fleet of Piper fixed-wing planes. Flight lessons, discovery flights, and scenic photo excursions explore The Valley of the Sun's topography while pupils stretch their wings or sit back and relax. The team's academic services impart the skills necessary for private-pilot and multiengine certifications or train fledgling aviators in the operation of a helicopter or commercial aircraft. The instructors have memorized the ins and outs of their planes, having raised each since birth, so students can master the fundamentals safely.
