Q:

I have the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18, it’s not an SLR (I don’t know what it is). The Digital 101 class description says: “Do you have an SLR but have no idea how to use it? . . . This class is for you!” Would this class benefit me with my NON-SLR camera? This is info about my camera: http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/FZ18/FZ18A.HTM This is the owners manual: http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/DMCFZ18.pdf Thank you

A:

You do great in our 101 class, but the Point & Shoot class would be an even stronger fit - it's the same material, but geared towards camera that does not have interchangeable lenses.

Q:

An SLR is referenced several times in the descriptions. I have a "bridge" camera, not an SLR. Are these courses still relevant to me? Thanks.

A:

Hi Richard! The point & shoot course would be a great fit for you!

Q:

What are the hours of this class? can I take it anytime of the day? What kind of equipment do I need to for this class, does my digital camera will be sufficient? Thank you

Norik B.  asked on  Apr 8, 2013

A:

You can access the course material anytime, day or night, that works for you! You just need a computer, the internet and your camera!
