One treatment has an 85% clearance rate. It is very important to get rid of the fungus on the skin of the feet, shoes and showers or you can certainly get reinfected.

Q:

Do you file down the nails if they are thick?

Heidi B.  asked on  Jan 20, 2013

A:

No, that isn't necessary. The laser light will go through the nail to heat up the nailbed.

Q1: Is your work 100% money back guaranteed? Q2: What happens if the desease comes back in, let's say, six months or a year? Angie F.

Angela F.  asked on  Jan 20, 2013

A:

There is an 85% clearance rate with one treatment. I've seen it come back even after using oral medications on people that don't get rid of the fungus on the feet. Retreatments are available at a reduced cost. Thanks for the question.

Q:

What is the success rate for this procedure? What if it doesn't work on my toes?

Heidi B.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

There is an 85% clearance rate with one treatment. The procedure can be redone but I would wait at least 4-6 months because it takes that long to see new growth. It is also important to make sure any fungus on the skin is gone or the nails can be reinfected.

Q:

Can you do this without removing the present nails?

Jack D.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Ouch! That would hurt. And No, I don't remove any nails. The light goes through the nails, heats up the nail bed and kills the fungus where it is sitting. Your nails will look different as they grow out. Thanks for the question.
