Choose Between Two Options

During each class, instructors lead small groups through 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training. Exercises incorporate weight plates, barbells, and benches to tone muscles, burn fat, and increase stamina for sporting events. The program encourages an increase in the production of human growth hormone as well as an increase in oxygen consumption, continuing to burn calories even after the class ends. Exercisers can take classes Monday and Wednesday at 5 a.m. or 5:45 a.m., or Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.
Focused Fitness' licensed and certified instructors help their clients stay in shape with personal-training sessions and a variety of group classes. Students can tone their muscles during Ab Blast, dance to Latin rhythms during Zumba classes, or exercise their entire body during boot-camp classes.
