What You'll Get
Lingering too long at a single restaurant results in legs falling asleep, food going cold, and the maître d' building a nest from patrons' belongings. Dodge stagnant dining with this Groupon.
$48 for an Uptown Dallas Food Tour for Two ($90 Value)
During 2.5-hour tours, guests sample food and drinks from five to seven restaurants throughout the 125-year-old Uptown Dallas neighborhood. They’ll nibble Tex-Mex fare, local specialty dishes, and upscale hot dogs from The Stand, an indoor gourmet food truck. Along the way, guides share anecdotes about historical Victorian homes and the Greenwood Cemetery, one of the oldest cemeteries in the city. Excursions end with an optional trip aboard the complimentary McKinney Avenue Trolley, and afterward, guests can stick around to explore the West Village's many boutiques. Most tastings are indoor and seated, and misting fans are provided to keep guests comfortable. Tours, which are limited to small groups of 16 people, include all food, beverages, and cultural attractions. Dietary restrictions, including vegetarianism, can be accommodated with notice.
