Sanitizing, fogging, deep cleaning, furnace/air handler cleaning not included; may be added for an additional fee. Residential use only; not valid for commercial buildings. Maintenance cleaning using a negative air machine. Clogged dryer vents or dryer vents over 8 feet would be an additional cost. Valid only for option purchased. May be repurchased every 365 days. Limit 1 per visit. Limit 60 per person.
