Dakota and his partner were very professional and polite. More importantly, they both explained and showed what they do, without making me feel stupid! The funny part is that after they were done the air in the house seemed lighter :) No joke, I don't understand why.

I wouldn't recommend this one. The guys are really nice and professional but what actually happened in my house was I got billed over 500 dollars. The groupon doesn't actually pay for much.

Dakota and Scott did an amazing job. They were very professional as well as personable. Very honest and cleaned after themselves. They were very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

I ended up spending an additional $400 that I hadn't planned on spending because I was told that I needed a "deep cleaning". I'm not sure exactly what was done. I was shown the inside of the vacuum AFTER the "cleaning" and it had a lot of debris in it but I was not shown anything before so I really don't have anything to compare it to. I had a choice but I guess I feel like I didnt.
