Q:

Hi! I was just wondering if this counts as a married couples Will, or should my Husband and I both purchase separately? Thanks!

Stephanie P.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

Hi Sylvie, standard best practices are for each individual to have their own separate Will and our system was designed in this way. Each individual should have their own Will. You and your spouse will have to purchase separate vouchers in order to create your own Wills. Hope this helps!

Q:

Hi, Please advice is it legal for Quebeck and as per what gover, emt rule?

Tatyana S.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

Hi there, FormalWill.ca creates Wills which are valid in the province of Quebec - these are wills made in the presence of witnesses. Our Wills are legal and valid once a customer has completed the process of proper witnessing and signing. Instructions are provided once you have completed your Will. You will receive an email containing both your Will and instruction letter tailored to your province upon completion. Hope this helps!
