What You'll Get

Playing a round of golf is a contest between man and nature, much like betting a tree it can’t drink a gallon of milk. Pit yourself against the elements with today’s Groupon for golf for two or four at Fort Worth Golf Club. Choose from the following options:

  • For $30, you get a weekday golf outing for two with a cart and two large buckets of range balls (up to a $66 total value).

  • For $33, you get a weekend golf outing for two with a cart and two large buckets of range balls (up to a $76 total value).

  • For $60, you get a weekday golf outing for four with a cart and four large buckets of range balls (up to a $132 total value).

  • For $66, you get a weekend golf outing for four with a cart and four large buckets of range balls (up to a $152 total value).<p>

Designed by former PGA Championship winner and Texas native Don January, Fort Worth Golf Club’s 18-hole course takes duffers careening across 6,600 yards of tree-lined fairways and emerald alleyways. Golfers can begin a day of joyfully pummeling tiny orbs with a stint at the Club’s driving range, where 48 natural-grass hitting bays serve as outdoor laboratories for players’ swing experimentations and their ongoing attempts to cross-breed divot tools with worker ants. While towering arbors provide the bulk of the course’s sphere-impeding obstacles, a medley of other obstructions augment their twiggy efforts, including six water hazards known to feast on the life-force of errant golf balls. Formerly known as the private Eagle Mountain Country Club, Fort Worth Golf Club has opened up its emerald corridors to the public for the first time in 40 years, allowing new golfers to drive, pitch, and shot-put their balls across the rolling hills of Eagle Mountain Lake.

Although Fort Worth Golf Club offers discounted rates for seniors and tee times booked online, this Groupon still offers the best deal available.
