During the initial fitness assessment, the trainer measures your body-fat percentage, body mass index, physical endurance, and muscle strength, and uses that information to develop a customized fitness plan. The following personal-training sessions will address that plan as well as nutritional counseling.
Sports and physical fitness has always been a part of Charles Vosough’s life. He plays tennis, basketball, football, and volleyball. During a tenure in the United States Air Force, he served as the physical training director for a squadron of airmen. And now, as a certified personal trainer, he helps clients tackle their fitness goals, from dropping pounds to prepping for a marathon. He happily travels to clients’ homes or favorite bus stop for a more convenient workout session.
