Foundation Fitness takes a holistic approach to health by developing personal wellness programs that incorporate nutrition, strength training, cardio, and massage. At all four locations, custom plans are kicked off with a fitness assessment based on the Polar Body Age system, which determines a physical body age and helps track personal goals throughout the program. After the assessment, clients join skilled trainers for one-on-one and small-group sessions, as well as boot camps geared toward goals ranging from just toning up to bench pressing the moon. To further help guests down their results-driven paths, nutrition coaches step in to offer individualized eating plans, and massage therapists ease aches and facilitate greater range of motion.
