Q:

Can I purchase both the eye brow and eye liner options or is one person only allowed to purchase either the brow option OR the eyeliner option. I would like to have both my brows and eyeliner done but didn't want to buy both options if one person is not allowed to use both. Also, I have been calling and leaving messages to make appointment and ask questions and can not get a call back. I want to make sure I wont have an issue making and getting an appointment to use the groupon.

A:

Sorry for the delay. Sorry, as stated in the Fine Print, there is a limit of 1 per person, so you will not be able to purchase more than 1. Hope that helps to clarify!

Q:

I really love the idea of permanent make up, but it's also a little scary for a first timer. I like to know what to expect. How long does it take to do the procedure? I was thinking about getting dark upper eyeliner & wanted to know the details on healing time & applying ointment - how long does healing take, just a few days? Also, this doesn't interfere with vision right after it's done, does it - any swelling? Will I be able to drive myself home? Thanks.

Karen B.  asked on  Aug 17, 2012

A:

The procedure takes about 30-60 minutes. You must apply the ointment during this time. Most is healed within a day or two, although you will need to apply your ointment for about a week. Some people choose to have a ride, but most ride themselves home. There may be some mild swelling.

Q:

About the Eyebrow option--what if your eyebrows are getting a few grey hairs. Would the eyebrow option work?

Joanne C.  asked on  Aug 17, 2012

A:

You can tint your grey hairs. Permanent make up will also work.

Q:

what quality ink do you use to prevent migration or discoloration and how much experience does the artist have?

candice r.  asked on  Aug 17, 2012

A:

My mentor was the founder of permanent make up and a doctor and an inventor that created the much needed pigments to produce positive results. I do not have to worry about migration or discoloration. The artist has about 35 years of experience creating the best eyeliners, brow shapes, lip shapes. etc.

A:

She was the founder of what is considered current micro-pigmentation.

Q:

How long is "permanent?" Someone told me that it only lasts 3-5 years and then has to be redone.

Karen B.  asked on  Aug 17, 2012

A:

Permanent is forever......but, not in the case of permanent make up. If you choose a very light color and/or decide to get a subtle lash line eyeline (which is very pretty and soooo natural) you may see some fade over time.

Q:

Is the eyeliner procedure painful?

Karen B.  asked on  Aug 17, 2012

A:

No, but if you are baby-cakes, maybe. I use numb'ers designed for the purpose designed by an anesthesiologist.

Q:

Cheri, do you do this yourself, and if so is it tattooing? I had it done years ago and it was painful and didnt last.

nancy w.  asked on  Aug 16, 2012

A:

Hi! Yes, I do- do this myself and you are probably asking this because you know what a perfectionist I am. Without the benefit of details, I will try to answer the other question: The color or type of pigment used may be why it did not last. Did they use a numb'er?

Q:

If a touch up is required, does this groupon cover that?

ALLYSON B.  asked on  Aug 16, 2012

A:

Touch ups are not a requirement, but they are a choice if you would like a little more of this or that put here or there. They are NOT covered by the Groupon, but are offered at a nominal charge. All touch ups should not be done earlier than 6 weeks of the original appointment time.
