About Mackenzie Brady
Mackenzie Brady commenced her riding career at the age of three, showcasing a swift connection with the equestrian world. Initiating her journey by exhibiting Morgans and American Saddlebreds in the Academy division at the age of five, she transitioned into the Equitation division at 13, swiftly ascending as one of the region's prominent riders under the mentorship of Betsy Boone. Four Oaks Farm took root in 2009, offering Mackenzie the chance to train and exhibit her own American Saddlebred, guided by industry professionals.
In 2017, Mackenzie's talents flourished at Jon Walker Stables, leading to an invitation to join the US Young Riders Team as a five-gaited member, ultimately clinching the gold medal against South African and Canadian counterparts. Following an apprentice position at Mercer Springs Farm in Princeton, West Virginia, alongside Smith Lilly, Mackenzie served as the assistant trainer at Pine Haven Stables under Christy Parker in Brunswick, Georgia.
In January 2022, Mackenzie made the pivotal decision to establish her venture, rebranding to Four Oaks Farm and Stables, LLC. Today, she oversees a distinguished training facility, poised for a promising future in the American Saddlebred Industry.
