Four Spoons Thai Inspired Cuisine & Bar was started by a group of four friends with a passion for food, but in the kitchen, Chef Pop has the final say. Before signing on at Four Spoons, he honed his skills at Zuma in Miami, where he cooked for famous guests including Will Smith, former president Bill Clinton, and future president Lebron James. Here, he puts an inventive spin on Thai classics. Take, for example, the rangoon, which he fills with goat cheese and lobster instead of crab, or the crispy duck curry that he infuses with the unexpected sweetness of fresh mango. There are also a number of spicy dishes, such as the massaman short ribs with peanuts and grilled onions, as well as satisfying vegetarian specialties like the crispy tofu and avocado salad.
